Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming vendor invoices and code them with GL accounts and cost centers for approval.
• Process AP disbursements and post related general ledger entries with proper authorization.
• Maintain subsidiary ledgers and reconcile balances to the general ledger; prepare amortizations and accrual entries.
• Respond to AP inquiries and prepare IRS information reports (Form 1099-MISC).
• Assist auditors/examiners and support year-end reporting and process improvements.
• Handle corporate cards, reimbursements, travel and related AP entries with proper documentation.
