Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with large ERP systems such as JD Edwards and Intellichief.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices timely through Intellichief and JD Edwards.
• Route invoices for coding and approval.
• Verify accuracy in invoice amounts, quantities, item descriptions, etc.
• Process vendor payment cycles.
• Reconcile AP reports and assist team members as needed.
• Communicate with vendors regarding issues.
