Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in project-based operations.
• Competent in handling 1099 requirements and processes.
• Experience with automated bank payment systems required.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor onboarding and documentation.
• Process purchase orders and vendor invoices effectively.
• Manage purchase order/invoice approval process.
• Analyze financial data for reporting and improvements.
