Accounts Payable Specialist (Construction Experience Required)

Job Details

• Full cycle AP processing of 150+ invoices weekly, including 3-way matching
• Receiving, logging, and routing invoices for approval
• Entering invoices into purchase order and job cost code systems
• Knowledge of preliminary notices, releases, and joint check processing
• Preparing checks for signature and distribution
• Monthly statement reconciliations
