Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist to work fully remote to support a client with an automation project. This position will be 90 days in duration and 40 hours per week. Hours are Monday – Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. This is a remote opportunity but you must live in NC.

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing – receive, verify, and process vendor invoices through Inspryus Software
• Ensure invoices are accurate and complete
• Research discrepancies using OCR technology
• Work with operations to correct discrepancies
• Payment management

Requirements

• 3 years of high-volume accounts payable processing experience
• Must be proficient with MS Office and a touchless AP Software like Coupa, AvidXChange, Inspryus, Sage, Netsuite, etc.
• OCR Technology experience is needed
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be self-motivated and able to work remotely with no distractions
