Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and match invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports.
• Process payment requests and court orders per procedures.
• Scan and file documents.
• Verify account coding for accuracy and budget availability.
• Receive and log cash receipts and provide receipts as needed.
• Maintain vendor files and numbers.
• Provide management with accounts payable information as requested.
• Prepare year-end accounts payable reporting and assist with federal 1099 forms.
• Assist with year-end audit by providing accounts payable information as requested.
• Assist with monthly financial report preparation.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
• Process and maintain court-ordered per capita garnishments.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with tribal, federal, or state laws.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
