• Dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist with over 5+ years of experience working in high volume environments.
• Full cycle AP processing 150+ invoices per week including 3-way matching.
• Receiving, logging, and routing for invoice approval
• Entering invoices to Purchase orders and / or directly to extensive job cost code system
• Strong knowledge of preliminary notices, releases and joint check processing.
• Prepare checks for signature and distribution
• Monthly statement reconciliations.
