Job summary

Venturi Supply is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our growing finance team. This role will be responsible for processing invoices, issuing checks, managing purchase orders, and maintaining accounts payable records.

The position requires 3+ years of multi-site accounts payable experience, proficiency with MS Office 365 and distribution-specific ERP systems, and strong written and verbal communication within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• 3+ years of multi-site accounts payable experience in the same or similar industry.
• Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365.
• Experience with distribution-specific ERP systems.
• Ability to effectively communicate written and verbal.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail oriented with multiple priorities.
• Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, lift to 50 lbs., carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Processes invoices for payment; prints and mails accounts payable checks.

Role Overview
