Job summary

Silvi Materials is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing on-site in Fairless Hills, PA. The role supports timely payments, vendor communications, and accurate financial records within our growing network of southeastern PA locations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to learn ERP systems like D365. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth in a stable, established company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or state-accepted equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in the accounting field preferred.
• General understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; ability to learn ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices against purchase orders (POs) in D365 ERP software.
• Match invoices to receiving documents/delivery tickets.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures.
• Reconcile vendor statements & respond to vendor inquiries.
• Research accrued items not matched to an invoice.
• Assist in monthly closings.

Qualifications Required:

• Willing to undergo a credit check
• Hard-working and dependable
• High School Diploma, GED, or state-accepted equivalent required (some college a plus)
• General understanding of accounting principles (2+ years of experience in the accounting field preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Ability to learn industry-specific software
• Experience with ERP software a plus
