The ideal candidate has Accounts Payable experience, strong Excel/data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and related transactions for resale purchases for multiple locations.
• Process and pay invoices for non-inventory related purchases.
• Verify price and receipt of materials; resolve exceptions with field locations.
• Resolve billing, payment, debit/credit issues.
• Promote and maintain vendor relationships relating to statement reconciliation and payment cycle.
• Process travel and entertainment reports.

Scope of Responsibility:

• Process invoices and related transactions for resale purchases for multiple locations
• Process and pay invoices for non-inventory related purchases
• Verify price and receipt of materials. Work with field locations to resolve exceptions
• Resolve billing, payment, debit/credit issues
• Promote and maintain vendor relationships relating to statement reconciliation and payment cycle
• Process travel and entertainment reports

Requirements:

• Accounts Payable experience with proven success and accuracy
• Working knowledge of Excel and strong computer and data entry skills
• Attention to detail,accuracy
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment
