Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting, business or public administration with 24 accounting hours and 1 year of accounting/auditing experience, including supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 24 accounting hours and 2 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Associate's degree with 12 accounting hours and 4 years of related experience; supervisory experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain vendor history files in the Accounts Payable system and enter data from Budget Managers.
• Process invoices, apply discounts, and produce check runs; track expenditures on grants and capital projects.
• Create vouchers and reconcile with invoices for monthly Board of Trustees reports.
