Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required or equivalent experience.
• Proven understanding of GAAP and accounting standards.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) with high-volume invoices.
• Enter vendor bills into ERP with proper GL accounts and cost centers.
• Prepare weekly payment summaries for management approval.
• Process vendor payments (ACH, wire, check) with proper approvals.
• Support month-end close with journals and reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Maintain vendor master data and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and SOPs.
• Assist with process documentation and training of new staff.
