Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Villanova, PA is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable/Payroll Support responsible for data entry, vendor file maintenance, W-9 processing and payroll data entry, including timesheets, garnishments and tax changes.
The role requires a high school diploma (associates preferred), at least two years in a financial setting with AP and payroll experience, and strong attention to detail. In-office schedule Tue/Wed/Thu 6.5 hours and 19.5–26 hours per week.
Account Payables responsibilities include perform data entry, file maintenance, record verification for all vendors Communicate to staff and/or outside parties procedural requirements for the purpose of processing W-9 forms. Perform all other vendor master file maintenance including address changes, payment information including ACH information, tax information, terms, re-activating and inactivating vendors. Recommend process improvements in the vendor master file. Process ACH wires and debit payments via invoice processing. Payroll Responsibilities include maintaining payroll information by collecting and entering data, for timesheets, garnishments, and tax changes. Analyze payroll reports to determine proper benefit calculations and tax deposits. Other assigned duties. Will perform duties in accordance with established Finance policy and procedures, and perform all duties in an accurate and timely manner.

$18-$20.50/hr depending on experience

High School diploma required, Associates degree preferred in accounting
Two years (2) in financial setting with a minimum of one year experience in accounts payable and payroll required. Requires proficiency with data management, excellent customer service, and organizational skills. Must pay attention to detail and adapt to a changing workload. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to prioritize work assignments, and problem solving skills.
