• Handle biweekly payroll for approximately 145 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collect and verify timesheets, and maintain payroll records with precision.
• Support the transition to paperless workflows, contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting (strong skills in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP are essential).

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable and payroll functions.
• Proficiency in accounting and payroll platforms such as QuickBooks, ADP, Dayforce, or Paycom.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll compliance.
