The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do

  • Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
  • Ensure accurate coding and proper approval workflows.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors and/or owners of purchase orders
  • Work with PO owners to resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and reporting.
  • Maintain organized records and support audits as needed.
  • Participate in improvement projects related to procure to pay

Skills and Experience We Look For

  • Significant experience in accounts payable or related finance roles, preferably in biotech or life sciences. Less experienced candidates may be considered at the specialist level.
  • Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $125,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience and location. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
