Job summary

Solar Landscape, based in Asbury Park, NJ, seeks an Accounts Payable Manager to lead daily AP operations, ensure timely, accurate payments, and maintain strong internal controls in a high‑growth environment. You will mentor the AP team, optimize processes, track KPIs, and partner with Finance, IT, Procurement, and Treasury on P2P initiatives.

A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of AP/accounting experience, including supervisory roles, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience, with supervision.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, internal controls, and compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Concur, Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel skills and reporting/analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team with clear goals.
• Oversee daily AP operations: invoice processing, approvals, payment execution.
• Ensure timely, accurate processing of high‑volume invoices and vendor payments.
• Manage workload distribution and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Procurement, and Treasury on P2P initiatives.
• Oversee month‑end close activities and AP accruals.
