The full salary range for the Accounts Payable Lead is $66,500 - $118,300 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $83,400 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Under the direction of the Accounts Payable/Travel Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Lead is responsible for performing high-level accounting tasks related to the Accounting Office's Accounts Payable operations. Responsibilities include resolving non-routine issues, analyzing data to report on key metrics, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and implementing them, documenting and maintaining standard operating procedures, reconciling payables accounts and data, and providing leadership to accounts payable staff. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service by researching issues and serving as a lead to staff.
