• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
• Support data entry and record keeping functions within the accounts payable system.
• Help prepare accounts payable reports and reconciliation tasks.
• Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives.
• Learn and utilize ERP software to support accounts payable functions.
• Perform administrative and financial tasks as assigned.

Position Description

The Accounts Payable intern will support the accounts payable team with invoice processing, payment verification, and financial documentation.
