Job summary

Nordex North America is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator in West Branch, IA to support the Finance team in processing vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining internal controls.

The role requires 1–3 years of accounts payable experience, familiarity with SAP A/P, and strong attention to detail. Successful candidates will be well-organized and capable of handling confidential information while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years accounts payable and general accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounts payable procedures.
• SAP A/P experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately key invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Provide remittance information for payments.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Ensure alignment of Master Data.
• Open and distribute paper mail for processing in a timely manner.
• Correspond with vendors and business partners, provide status updates, and promptly respond to inquiries.
• Follow accounting processes and internal controls to ensure transactions are properly recorded and assets are safeguarded.
• Actively participates in department metrics.
• Other duties as assigned.
