ACV Auctions Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in Springfield, MO to manage AP activities and support dealer operations. The role requires attention to detail and familiarity with QuickBooks and NetSuite in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable processes and vendor payments.
• Knowledge of checks, ACH and other payment methods.

Responsibilities

• Handle all accounts payable activities.
• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate staff.
• Sale Day: maintain smooth customer flow and issue bid badges.
• Process payment intake including cash, cashier checks, checks, and money orders.
• Pull buy and sell nets for dealers.
• Process paperwork for outgoing mail and overnight packages.
• Update check and title delivery status in software.
• Process flooring requests and follow up on payments.
• Assist in accounts receivable collections.
• Assist in data entry and filing; maintain a clean counter area.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Accounts Payable activities.
• Answer incoming calls, ensuring prompt delivery to appropriate staff.
• Sale Day; maintain a smooth customer flow while issuing bid badges, assisting dealers with any issues.
• Responsible for payment intake including cash, cashier checks, checks, and money orders for auction purposed.
• Pull buy and sell nets for dealers.
• Process paperwork for outgoing mail and overnight packages.
• Update check and title delivery status in software.
• Process flooring request, including constant follow-up for payment.
• Assist in A/R collections.
• Assist in data entry and filing.Maintain a clean and organized counter area.

Skills

• Knowledge of automotive terminology.
• Knowledge of Quickbooks and NetSuite preferred.
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Pleasant and friendly attitude.
