Nexstar Media Group, Inc. seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst to support and process AP for TV market operations, reviewing, coding, entering invoices, and vendor communications. You will assist with sales & use tax analysis and participate in system upgrade testing.
Key duties include accurate AP entry, verifying vendor terms, resolving invoice issues, and collaborating with Station RBMs and department heads to maintain SLAs and compliance with accounting procedures.
The Accounts Payable Analyst supports and processes allocated Stations Accounts Payable through AP entry. This includes reviewing, coding, entering, correspondence with vendors, sales & use tax analysis, and system upgrade testing when needed.
The AP Analyst must be able to sit, reach, conduct telephone conversations, use electronic mail, write letters and memos, conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups. Repetitive movements are required.
