Base pay range

$27.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst in Carlisle, PA. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high-volume invoices, including PO and non-PO transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions and supporting documentation
  • Assist with weekly payment runs, including ACH, wire transfers, and check processing
  • Monitor the AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Purchasing, Receiving, Accounting) to resolve invoice and payment issues
  • Support month-end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations
  • Assist with audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with AP automation tools and electronic payment platforms is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
