Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for Saddlebrook Resort Tampa, a premier property in Florida. You will ensure invoices are coded and paid accurately and on time, while supporting the accounting office with vendor communications and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Previous accounts payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience with Craftables and Dooap; hotel/hospitality accounting a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple invoices, deadlines, and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate vendor information.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and balances.
  • Verify invoices for accuracy, appropriate approvals, supporting documentation, and proper coding.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders in Craftables.
  • Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.

About our property:

The award-winning, 480-acre Saddlebrook Resort has made a name for itself as a premier meeting and vacation destination, as well as one of the nation’s preeminent athletic training facilities. What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are looking for a positive, highly organized Accounts Payable Clerk to assist with all aspects of the accounting and data process functions in the accounting office for the hotel. The Accounts Payable Clerk will ensure that all approved invoices are coded and paid accurately and on a timely basis. Join the team at Saddlebrook Resort Tampa, where hospitality meets excellence! Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate vendor information.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
  • Communicate with hotel departments and vendors to obtain missing information or documentation.
  • Verify invoices for accuracy, appropriate approvals, supporting documentation, and proper coding.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders in Craftables.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and vendor information.
  • Audit all banks on a monthly basis Assist with month‑end closing activities.
  • Assist the Director of Finance and accounting team with financial reports and other projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous accounts payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience with Craftables and Dooap Previous hotel or hospitality accounting experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple invoices, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and follow through to resolution.
