Job summary

CHS is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our accounting team. The role requires a minimum of 6 months of accounting experience and a practical understanding of taxation principles.

You will coordinate with auditors on assessments and help prepare monthly financial results. The position involves closing monthly books, reconciling inventories and vendor accounts, and ensuring accuracy across GST, TDS, TAX and PF.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation.

Responsibilities

• Handle income tax scrutiny assessments and coordinate with auditors and tax representatives on assessments.
• Prepare monthly financial results.
• Close monthly books on time.
• Reconcile inventory, vendors and accounts; GST, TDS, TAX, PF.
• Track capital expenses vs budgets.
• Reconcile discrepancies between internal data, contractual documents and invoices.
• Perform general ledger functions.
