Job summary

Amazon has an immediate opening for an Accounting Manager to join our Finance and Business Integration team. This candidate will work closely with accounting operations, business, finance, and technology teams to implement systems that automate financial flows for our Stores business.

Qualifications

5+ years of finance or related analytical field experience.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

Define Strategies: partner with accounting and technology teams to develop and own implementation strategies for large, multi-year accounting automation programs.
Own and Manage: manage lifecycle activities from planning to stakeholder engagement for multiple projects.
Automate: lead automation projects to simplify and improve accuracy of financial statements.
Support Expansion: ensure controlled processes to keep financial statements accurate as the business grows.
Consult: act as a consultant to partner with many stakeholder teams across Amazon.
Make Decisions: drive project direction to completion as an empowered decision maker.
Collaborate: work with Amazonians from diverse backgrounds.
