Peloton is seeking a proactive Manager, Accounting to lead core accounting and finance transformation at our New York City HQ. You will drive GAAP-compliant close, automate processes, and partner with offshore teams while maintaining strong internal controls.

The role requires 7+ years in accounting (private/public), active CPA, and a track record of process optimization and team leadership. Peloton offers equity, growth, and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license in good standing with strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and external reporting.
• Experience in private and public accounting, and with process optimization and automation.
• Proven ability to lead, develop staff, and manage offshore/global delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, review reconciliations, and coordinate across cost centers.
• Drive efficiency, automation, and standardization of controls and reporting.
• Partner with offshore team to ensure consistent quality and timely deliverables.
• Review journal entries and GL reconciliations; analyze expense accruals and COA changes.
• Support year-end audits and internal control improvements.
