Job summary

Bobby Rahal Honda of State College is seeking an administrative title clerk to handle title and registration tasks for in-state and out-of-state transactions. You will process documents, ensure compliance, and manage associated accounting entries while providing professional service to customers and staff.

The role emphasizes accuracy, learning dealership software, and teamwork within the Rahal team to support smooth vehicle registrations and title processing.

Qualifications

• Title work experience required.
• Notary License a plus.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Ability to learn the dealership software, Google and Microsoft products.
• Team player attitude that takes pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Process title and registration documents via the Online Registration System
• Process manual title work
• Process out-of-state title work via a Title & Registration Agent Service
• Ensure title/registration is timely and within all state guidelines
• Process accounting entries for titlework
• Analyze, research and reconcile accounts and schedules
• Ensure compliance with all state and government regulations
• Perform accounting and office duties as assigned

Rate of Pay: Based on experience
