Job summary

Bobby Rahal Honda of State College is seeking an Accounting / Title Specialist to manage title and registration tasks and related accounting entries. This position is based at 2796 W College Ave, State College, PA 16801 and follows a Monday–Friday schedule during daylight hours.

You will process title work, ensure compliance with state guidelines, reconcile accounts, and support the dealership's finance team.

Qualifications

• Title work experience required.
• Notary license a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective and professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Ability to learn dealership software, Google and Microsoft products.
• Team player attitude that takes pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Process title and registration documents via the Online Registration System
• Process manual title work
• Process out-of-state title work via a Title & Registration Agent Service
• Ensure title/registration is timely and within all state guidelines
• Process accounting entries for titlework
• Analyze, research and reconcile accounts and schedules
• Ensure compliance with all state and government regulations
• Perform accounting and office duties as assigned

Rate of Pay: Based on experience
