Description

JOB SUMMARY: Provide accounting services to the Accounts Receivable section of the Office of Financial Management at Oklahoma City Area office.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Organize and manage electronic documents using email, network folders, and software applications, including converting documents into acceptable formats for electronic filing and storage.
  • Accept and review incoming Accounts Payable documents (e.g., loan repayment requests, vendor invoices, utility bills, SF 1034s) for completeness and accuracy according to federal laws, agency, and division policies.
  • Perform data entry actions to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and employees.
  • Research payment statuses and resolve errors using financial systems and Excel-based reports.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction, both verbally and in writing.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • Background check required.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

  • Public Trust clearance required.
