What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate, resolve, and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding policy status and payment remittances
- Research and process unidentified or exception premium receipts
- Review and authorize premium disbursements in a timely manner
- Prepare daily bank deposit reconciliations to ensure accurate crediting of premium postings
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of supporting documents

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of 0 to 1 year's accounting work experience
- Exceptional typing and 10-key skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Excel and Word
