Job summary

CRC Group is seeking an Accounting Operations Associate to support day-to-day accounting processes, including transaction entry, reconciliation, and reporting. You will help maintain financial accuracy, assist with month-end close, and respond to audit requests while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and have 1–3 years of corporate accounting experience, plus strong Excel and accounting system skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations within a corporate environment.
• Experience with accounting systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities ensuring accurate and timely financial data.
• Prepare standard financial reports and maintain organized records in compliance with internal policies.
• Support internal and external audit requests through accurate data compilation and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve routine accounting issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
