You will lead staff, ensure GAAP compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams for audits and system initiatives.

The role demands CPA or progress toward one, 7+ years of accounting experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Experience leading accounting or finance teams and managing performance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, SAP or similar frameworks, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries and variances.
• Lead and develop accounting staff; support audits and regulatory requests.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to resolve accounting issues.
• Maintain compliance with policies, controls, and documentation standards.
