The role supervises Accounts Payable, Concur, and the Training and Retraining Trust Fund, ensuring timely close and accurate filings. Responsibilities include budgeting, journal entries, tax compliance, and audit coordination.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA Degree in Accounting or Finance or a minimum of five years’ related experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with Concur and accounting software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review financial statements for GAAP compliance and fund reporting.
• Code and review accounts payable entries; assist in invoice processing.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and asset inventory systems.
• Oversee full cycle accounts payable and Concur-based approvals.
• Assist year-end audit schedules and tax compliance.
• Produce and analyze Management Reporter/Insight reports.
