Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity environments.
• Strong experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and accrual-based accounting.
• Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting processes, procedures, and documentation to support consistency and accuracy.
• Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities with timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
• Serve as a resource for the accounting team, guiding transaction processing and best practices.
• Assist with oversight of AP operations during periods of high workload.
• Review and post journal entries in line with US GAAP and internal policies.
• Manage payroll, fixed assets, inventory, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Support month-end close, financial reporting, and ad hoc analysis for leadership.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests and maintain supporting documentation.
• Help prioritize team workload and train accounting staff.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, procurement, HR, and other leaders to support objectives.

• Strong experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and accrual‑based accounting principles.
• Experience with month‑end close and account reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
