Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: · Prepares and reviews financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles and regulatory standards. Compliance: · Monitors and ensures compliance with accounting regulations and internal controls. Data Analysis: · Analyzes financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues. Auditing: · Supports internal and external audit processes. Process Improvement: · Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Communication: · Communicates financial information to management and other stakeholders. Month-end and Year-end Close: · Oversees the month-end and year-end close processes. Supervision: · Direct and supervise the work of accounting staff, including training, and addressing any issues. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance. |
