Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP and Excel.

• Resolution of raw material/accounts payable issues as they arise
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities and reports
• FMLA tracking across the mill
• All other duties as assigned

The Riverdale Mill is currently seeking an Accounting Specialist in our Finance Department.The Accounting Specialist role at International Paper’s Riverdale Mill is an entry-level accounting support staff position, in which the individual will be responsible for Accounts Payable functions, Payroll Transaction Processing, and general administrative accounting functions as needed.

The Job You Will Perform

• Strong computer skills – Microsoft office specifically strength in Excel
• Must have strong analytical, planning, and organization skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Highly motivated self-starter who performs well in a continuously changing environment
• Able to handle multiple priorities, and take pride in accuracy, quality, and completeness of work
• Use of Workforce, Sedgwick, and SAP systems
• High attention to detail
