Job summary

Responsibilities include reporting to the GM, designing expense systems, vendor liaison, QuickBooks/AI reporting, data entry, budgeting analysis, and payroll processing if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience as financial analyst, accountant, controller, or similar position.
• Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Proven proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel), QuickBooks, AI, and basic accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements; prepare financial reports and statements.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable; create accounting policies to comply with regulations.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to take the lead on analyzing all financial information, maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments, and other corporate related essential accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong mathematical skills and previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Report to GM to ensure all the required analytical reports are done regularly and accurately
• Develop a practical and solid system for all expenses of the company to be done in a certain way
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the accuracy of charges and payments
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and good understating of AI to generate proper reports
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
• Enter financial data and transactions
• Analyze budgets and other financial information
• Monitor and reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Create accounting policies to comply with all rules and regulations
• Process payroll (if necessary)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Previous experience as a financial analyst, accountant, controller, or similar position
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, AI, and basic accounting systems
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
