Tijerina Legal Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role handles day-to-day accounting operations — data entry, accounts payable, and record maintenance — while supporting budget tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate brings a bachelor's degree in accounting, 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience, and 5+ years working with QuickBooks Online, along with advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive, team-oriented work ethic are essential, as this position also supports compliance with trust accounting and regulatory requirements.

The main objective for this role is to assist the Controller, using strong financial skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information of financial operations.
