• Working knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

How you’ll make an impact

The Accounting Specialist is an entry level position that supports financial planning, analysis activities by preparing client invoices, vouchers, retirement funding reports, and other client-related reports. Will gain exposure to different aspects of finance and develop analytical skills to support business decision‑making.

The Day-to-Day: (Essential duties of the position)

• Prepare client health and welfare funding invoices and verification schedules for GSA National management review.
• Reconcile client source data to final hours, contributions, and fringe benefit credits invoiced to the client.

About You
