Accounting Senior Representative - Express Scripts - Remote

Join us as an Accounting Senior Representative at Express Scripts Pharmacy Benefit Services.

In this role, you will process invoices accurately and efficiently to ensure timely payments to vendors and maximize prompt pay discounts. You will also research and resolve inquiries from internal and external partners, process payments via check, ACH, and AP Card, and support process improvements. Additionally, you will assist during audits by providing necessary documentation and must be able to work independently in a team environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.

Essential Functions

• Process invoices for multiple business units following specific procedures
• Research and resolve issues independently
• Process payments through various methods
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Support audit processes by providing documentation
• Perform data entry and QA on ACH banking instructions
• Handle special projects as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Oracle preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High accuracy in data entry with minimal errors
• Integrity and professionalism in all work aspects
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
