PepsiCo's finance team in Purchase, NY seeks a Senior Accountant to support the monthly and annual close process through preparation of consolidation entries, intercompany eliminations, and JV reporting.
The role collaborates with external reporting, treasury, and control teams to ensure accurate balance sheet, OCI disclosures, and compliance with 10-Q/10-K requirements; hybrid work arrangement offered. Strong analytical skills and communication with cross-functional partners are essential.

In this role, you will work closely with other teams and functions, including the External Reporting team, domestic and international divisional Control teams, as well as the Treasury function. You will have a positive impact through working collaboratively, identifying and implementing process improvements, and leveraging technology where possible. This is an opportunity to join a central team that has a key role in PepsiCo's internal reporting, including our monthly and periodic close procedures.
You will be responsible for the preparation of numerous consolidation entries, including inter/intercompany eliminations, tax allocations and revenue eliminations. You will also be responsible for maintaining the JV governance database and ensure accurate reporting as it relates to our investments, as well as to ensure the accurate reporting and disclosures surrounding the balance sheet and OCI statements, AOCL, long-lived assets, projected amortization and useful live of PPE footnotes with the 10Q/K, and its necessary analysis and SoX requirements.
This is a hybrid role based in our Purchase, NY office
