Capital One is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Accounting to lead a high-performing team focused on accounting, reporting and analytics. The role partners with executive stakeholders to drive accurate external filings and internal reporting, while evolving financial processes in a fast-paced environment.

In this hybrid position, you will oversee analyses, manage priorities across the team, and ensure risk-aware governance of critical processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of accounting, audit, finance experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; CPA license preferred.
• Experience with financial institutions is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-performing team and develop associates.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual analyses for VP+ and Controller.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate regulatory filings and disclosures.
• Support external and internal audit coordination and SOX compliance.
