Qualifications

• Ph.D. or other terminal degree in Accountancy or closely related field.
• Must meet AACSB Scholarly Academic during the pre-tenure period.
• Preferred: Ph.D. from AACSB-accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate accounting courses with emphasis on student outcomes and experiential learning.
• Conduct and publish research in refereed journals to maintain Scholarly Academic status.
• Engage in service at program, school, and university levels, including recruitment and governance.
• Contribute to curriculum development and assurance of learning for accounting and MBA programs.
