Qualifications

• High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years office accounting (AR/AP) experience preferred.
• Experience with accounting software preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and remit to Corporate AP.
• Reconcile and retain employee credit card transactions.
• Obtain vendor set-up information and collect credit documentation.
• Enter data into accounting systems to track purchases.
• Create purchase orders / requisitions; code to GL.
• Track and resolve open purchase orders.
• Review AR aging and pursue collections.
• Maintain AR customer files and issue invoices.
• Support month-end close.
• Handle cash receipts including AR card transactions.
• Order office supplies.
• Front office receptionist duties.
• General clerical duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
