CRC Group in Guin, Alabama is seeking an Accounting Operations Associate to support day-to-day accounting tasks, including transaction entry, reconciliation, and reporting. This full-time, regular position requires English fluency and a 1st shift schedule.

You will work under GAAP with close collaboration across teams, assist month-end close, produce standard financial reports, and help with audits. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of accounting experience are expected, with strong Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting/finance operations experience.
• Experience with accounting systems and spreadsheet tools.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities ensuring accurate and timely financial data.
• Prepare standard financial reports and maintain organized records in compliance with internal policies.
• Support internal and external audit requests through accurate data compilation and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve routine accounting issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
