Our client is seeking an Accounting/Office Manager in Connecticut to oversee day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and supervise office operations. You will support financial health, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency in a growing facility and property management services company.
Key duties include ledger maintenance, payments, reconciliation, tax support, insurance management, purchasing, onboarding/offboarding, and IT coordination.

They provide the systems, back-office operations, and industry expertise to support facilities across the northeastern United States.
The Accounting/Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions of the company, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts, and maintaining up-to-date records, while also overseeing the operations of the office to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial health and helping to meet compliance and reporting requirements.
3-5 years Accounting and Office management experience required.
Attention to Detail: Ability to identify errors and/or discrepancies in financial records and take corrective action.
Organization: Ability to maintain organized records and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve issues and assist in decision-making.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Google Drive, especially Excel.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
