Responsibilities:
  1. Working on a team that focuses on a wide range of tax specialty areas, including accounting for income taxes, corporate taxation, federal credits and incentives, individual taxation, mergers and acquisitions, pass-through entity taxation, private client services, and not-for-profit organizations.
  2. Completing tax planning and research.
  3. Preparing federal and state & local tax returns.
  4. Understanding tax regulations and accounting pronouncements.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Minimum B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
  2. Accounting major.
  3. Travel to assigned client locations is required. Must have access to reliable transportation.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  6. Ability to work effectively on a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
  2. Working toward CPA certification; opportunity to obtain the necessary audit hours for full certification.

The salary range for this role is $61,600 - $73,500, reflecting factors such as education, skills, experience, certifications, and location. Compensation may vary based on these factors.

Selected individuals will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
