About The Job

• Oversee and execute all accounting functions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Responsible for preparing and processing yearly 1099 forms for vendors and consultants.
• Maintain general ledger integrity across key areas: Sales, cost of sales, expenses, Inventory, banking, capital and intercompany transactions, Sales and use tax compliance.
• Handle accounts payable, including bill entry and payment processing.
• Administer and process weekly and monthly commission payments for the sales team.
• Serve as the primary contact for banking institutions and tax vendors.
• Assist the Head of Finance in reporting, analysis and project management.
• Perform various administrative and ad hoc financial tasks and reporting as needed.
  
  

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Bachelor or master’s in finance or accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools
• Experience with QuickBooks; strong knowledge preferred
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Avalara tax software is an advantage
