Job summary

Call Center Connect is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the month-end close under the Controller and oversee a variety of GAAP-compliant accounting activities. You will manage journal entries, GL analysis, and cost reporting in a dynamic environment with exposure to government and commercial contracts.

The role requires 8–15 years of GL experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and strong proficiency in Excel/Word and Costpoint.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end close, including creating and entering journal entries and performing general ledger account analysis.
• Manage indirect cost reports and submissions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for senior operations personnel.
• Oversee and prepare month-end customer invoices.
• Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Assist with the year-end financial audit.
• Assist with development of the annual budget.
• Manage state filing and registration process.
• Sales and Property Tax Return preparation.
• Perform special projects as assigned by Controller.
• Occasional travel required (<25%).

Use your outstanding accounting skills to manage the close process for the Company. Join a talented team of financial professionals and work directly under the supervision of the Controller. This Accounting Manager will also perform a variety of other accounting activities (listed below) in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies and procedures.

Essential Functions

• Take the lead in the month-end and year-end close, including creating and entering journal entries and performing general ledger account analysis
