Hamilton Lane Advisors, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. You will support accounting, reporting, and financial operations for GP and related entities in a dynamic alternative‑asset‑management environment.

Your role involves consolidations, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation, with collaboration across fund accounting, tax, treasury, and auditors. A CPA or CPA candidacy is preferred, with strong Excel and Workday experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required or equivalent.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in private equity or alternative investments.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with consolidation accounting, GP accounting and partner capital activity.
• Ability to manage quarterly close deliverables and multiple stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and post journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support quarterly close and annual close processes for GP and related entities.
• Prepare GAAP financial statements and supporting analyses.
• Reconcile fund-to-GP activity and cash movements.
• Review work of external administrators to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with audit requests and control documentation.
• Collaborate with tax, treasury, legal and others to resolve issues.
